How do we achieve it?

Decarbonization
Through our products and services, we actively contribute to the decarbonization of the energy matrix. Each of our business units plays a key role in this process.
Bioethanol complements gasoline, reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the transportation sector. Corn oil, used as a feedstock in biodiesel plants, complements diesel fuel, promoting a transition toward more sustainable fuels.
The power plants developed by Bioeléctrica transform environmental liabilities into energy assets, generating renewable electricity.
CARBON NEUTRAL+ services enable our clients to measure, reduce, and offset their emissions.

Circular Economy
The integration of all Bio4 Argentina business units enables efficient resource management, facilitating the reuse of process streams and reducing fresh water consumption. In addition, residual streams generated in some of our plants are used as valuable inputs for others, reinforcing our circular economy model.

Sustainable Agriculture and Livestock
United by our passion for livestock, we are leading the way toward a low-emission livestock industry, creating a competitive hub for high-quality beef production. The vegetable protein from distillers grains is converted into animal protein, while manure is used in biodigesters to generate renewable energy.

Zero Waste
We recycle over 70% of the waste we produce, and our goal is to completely eliminate landfill disposal by 2030.

Value Added at the Source
From the very beginning, our founding partners focused on turning local corn into high-value products, fostering sustainable economic growth in the region.

Biodiversity
We own a private nature reserve, Aguas del Bermejo, located in the province of Formosa. This initiative focuses on preserving biodiversity and protecting the natural environment, promoting the conservation of native flora and fauna, and contributing to the region´s ecological balance.

Community Engagement
We believe in the potential of both the land and the community. Through this program, we collaborate with families facing economic and social challenges to share cultivation techniques, encourage food self-sufficiency, and promote agroecological production. This public-private initiative, carried out in partnership with the Río Cuarto government, strengthens community ties and supports local employment development.

Code of Ethics
We are guided by principles of integrity, responsibility, and transparency. We promote an organizational culture grounded in respect, fairness, and adherence to ethical conduct in all our actions and relationships.

Equal Opportunities
We provide career opportunities for young professionals through internships programs in partnership with local universities and high schools. In addition, we actively promote diversity and inclusion across the company, promoting a diverse and equitable work environment for all.
